How are your items printed?

We offer direct to garment printing, otherwise known as DTG. All items are printed by us, in our home studio, using a state of the art commercial grade printer. Which is an important factor for us to ensure that there are no irritations for your little ones and provide a plastic-free, eco-friendly solution.

As the name implies, direct to garment uses eco-friendly ink to print directly onto the t-shirt fabric. It goes straight into the fibres of the fabric, meaning you don’t feel the design or ink when you touch it.

There is an eco-friendly pre-treatment solution that is applied to the garment during the printing process to ensure longevity. You may feel this on the t-shirt when it first arrives to you. However, this rinses off during your washing cycle.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

To reduce our environmental impact and offer the personalised colour combination of your choice, we print all items to order. Please allow up to 10 business days turnaround time, not including shipping times.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email notification to inform you that your order has been shipped and a tracking number. This can then be tracked via Australia Post.

Do you offer custom designs?

Are you searching for something a little more custom or personalised, with a DBKC twist? Whether it is on one of our existing designs, a special announcement or new uniforms, we would love to help!

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post timeframes. Please note that we ship from the Lockyer Valley, Queensland.

*Please note during busy periods (sales, new releases and restocks) there may be a longer processing and shipping time frame. Selecting Express Shipping does not mean that your order will be shipped first, all orders are processed in the order that we receive them. Your order will arrive in a quicker timeframe from Australia Post once your order has been shipped.

If you need your items by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we are able to meet this requirement.

If there is a possibility that your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact Australia Post.  We do not take responsibility for any lost parcels or delays once parcels have been posted.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we currently only ship within Australia.

We are based in the Lockyer Valley, Queensland.
